The moon filled the bedroom with its soft glow and the stars twinkled brightly. Then dawn breaks to a dull and cloudy sky.

Blossom.
A beautiful spring day the best so far. Blossom is now coming out practically overnight. It’s wonderful to see the white and pink blossom. Not the usual Fox but this one took a short cut across the back garden.

Sprung
The hour sprung forward but Mother Nature carries on regardless. A grey miserable day greeted the time change. And very windy. The resident robin sat on the fence and he has got more of a red face than the usual robins.

Mystery
Wisps of candy floss like clouds move along gently across the inky black sky with the stars twinkling as they go by. The gentle wind adds a mystery to the night air. Then a car passes and breaks the mood.

Early primroses are beginning to flower. Road works churn up the grass verges showing the chocolate brown underneath soon thereafter won’t be any grass verges only concrete and tar.

Half&Half
Half the sky blue the other grey. Half the clouds white the other grey. The sun is and out at the same time. The honeysuckle leaves are bravely waving to the other leaves who are waving back in the chilly icy wind . Just noticed a clump of dandelions in the grass next to the path .

An unpromising start
The dawn was grey dismal and cold, but it turned out fine, a warm spring day sun out blue sky is in order. A metal bird flew through a cloud adding its trail to the clear sky. The raven sentry has stepped down now as an other raven has taken its place on the roof opposite

Thrush & Magpies
The joy and unexpected treat of a song thrush in the garden, hearing it’s beautiful song and watching it for a while. The after it went 2 magpies came to visit and have a meal of the wild bird food left outside.

Mini Whirlwind
The wind is extremely strong, nearly knocking the magpie of the tv aerial. It caused a mini whirlwind sending all the dead leaves and rubbish into the air and landing it in a garden nearby.
The raindrops on the windows sparkle through the sun and the long tailed tits sit briefly in the apple tree.

Spring Like
Clumps of daffodils dotted the grass verges making the day more spring like. The low flying pigeon looks like a jumbo jet beginning to land. Or should that be a jumbo jet looks like a pigeon?

Escape?
A bit of blue sky is trying to escape from the grey clouds but it’s not going to escape. A seagull hovered onto the roof opposite and having a good look round.

Gloomy
The fog never really lifted. A real gloomy day then the rain came and did it rain the roads were like small streams merging into huge rivers no roads to be seen. Then the fog really came down giving the evening a eerie feeling to it.

Mist
A fine mist greeted the dawn. Crocuses are now beginning to open . The daffodils are now through adding their sunshine to a dull misty morning. 2 Canadian geese flew overhead honking away gently.
