Cosy

The jay came back to visit. The magpie is pulling og the moss from the roof adding more lining to the nest in the chimney to keep it cosy.

Grey day again but extremely windy not quite gale force. 2 seagulls overhead riding the thermals

Chat

A cloudy but bright morning sun is trying to shine through the clouds. A lone seagull sitting on the chimney pot his neighbour a pigeon on the tv aerial both looking around surveying what’s going around them, they both looked like they were having a chat .

Moon & Sun

The bight moon greeted the sunrise . It blew a kiss to the sun as the sun was rising and in return the sun blew a kiss to the moon and said sleep well.

Amusement

The morning sun burnt the last bits of the morning fog. Then starlings decided to dive bomb the bird feeders scattering the seeds here there and everywhere. The pigeons just sat in the tree and looked , looked like they were shaking their heads in amusement.

Honking

A clear early morning soon turned into a misty damp morning. Seagulls have returned to their winter holidays lodging. Then some geese flew overhead honking as they went .

Birds

The dark morning was greeted by the resident robin singing in the tree next to the house. Sparrows looking under the eaves to see if it is suitable for nesting. I think so , as there been a lot of activity.

Just an other grey green brown day brightened up with a splash of orange and red berries. The pigeons seemed to disappeared hope they are ok. The chimney magpies seem to be comfortable in their chimney.

Squabble

A cold Misty morning greeted the sunrise. Then a damp foggy late afternoon greeted the sunset,

Starlings fight among themselves  but didn’t look like a serious fight , maybe just a squabble. Happens to us all.  But they are such beautiful birds their iridescent feathers so bright and shiny. They look like they are covered in hearts.

Pigs and Sheep

Pigs running free in a field with sheep . Lovely to see. The silhouettes of two birds flying low added a mysterious air in the early evening as the sun was setting rather low , a peachy pink sunset  was the order of the evening . A mysterious air can’t really explain
